For The Row‘s spring collection, designers Mary-Kate + Ashley Olsen dipped their toes in tailoring while diving in head first, into breezy + relaxed looks.  With a photo of Indians dressed in white during British Colonial rule, as their point of inspiration, the global references were not at all literal if not loosely based with modern sensibility, having flowing silhouettes + lots of layering, as key facets in the collection.  Mary-Kate told WWD, ‘We wanted to focus on true American culture, which is about taking elements from different cultures all over the world and bringing them together.’  As for accessories, looks were either accented with hats, some with floor-length veils, designed by Yestadt Millinery, loafers + mules handmade by Enzo Bonafè + large, draped cross-body bags throughout.
