In 100% cotton denim, with elastic off the shoulder neckline, frill sleeves +frayed raw hem, you can show off your gorgeous neckline, beaming shoulders + part of your sexy back with sweet flirtation. But what most grabs my attention is the many directions one can take this top, as part of various looks.
Below, for LOOK1, I opted for a look that focused on shapes. Although the top is relaxed in appearance, as a silhouette, one could say it’s really trapezoidal in shape, which got me thinking of pairing it with really graphic pieces, like Matter Matters ‘Half Moon Clutch’ or Sylvio Giardina’s ‘S-K-I-N KIT EARRING SET’. To add even more interest to this look, imagine mixing up flared high waisted rust colored colored pants with orange + bright pink shoes?! LOOK2 however, focuses more on ease. This time, however, I paired the top with versatile skirt by PLEATS PLEASE ISSEY MIYAKE, playing with both pattern + texture. Platform kicks made the switch that much more, giving this look that extra bit of special. Throw in plenty of gold metallic accessories, while accentuating your nails in FLOSS GLOSS’s ‘95%Angel’ nail color, reminiscent of ‘Serenity’, one of Pantone’s 2016 colors, + you’re good to go!
