Thanks to Spanish artist Miguel Vallinas ingenuity, he masterfully manipulates photos of animals dressed in fall fashions, to create interesting portraits. Later on, I’ll show you another similar series + you decide which is better.
Called ‘Segundas Pieles’ (Second Skins’), it’s funny how he knew how to to style each individual animal based on it’s species, appearance + personality. Look at the vulture below – it’s a no-brainer how much better it looks in a parka with a fur lined hood than a pig would.
Antelopes/Gazelles are perfect preppies, especially when wearing a blue oxford shirt with a green v-neck sweater.
This cross-dressing peacock below, favors a blue Chanel-like tweed jacket with an interesting layered pleated black skirt, yet why the worried look? Might he be guilty of getting his hands ‘dirty’ wearing those awful blue wool gloves?
And what’s up with this swan, devoid of looking graceful? She looks more uncomfortable + socially awkward than anything else. Maybe she’s upset she’s not wearing heels to make her look taller – more her style, don’t you think?
