Katra Film Series: Dope Film Festival Not To Be Missed

This is THE weekend of New York film festivals but if you don’t know which to choose from, you should go + checkout the Katra Film series tomorrow July 26, showcasing the Top 10 films since January!  Founding filmmaker Geoffrey Guerrero has been doing it for 2years now + it should be quite interesting.  If you don’t believe me, you should checkout the WSJ mention: http://online.wsj.com/articles/films-long-in-talent-short-in-span-1406162316

Launched in the Summer of 2012, Katra Film Series screens a selection of quality short films by emerging and award-winning filmmakers in NYC and provides a great networking platform for industry professionals. In partnership with Everyone Matters and Rhino Films the 2014 Grand Prize Winner will be awarded a one-on-one meeting with acclaimed Producer Stephen Nemeth from the Academy-Award Nominated The Sessions and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
