I love this fashion film for Rickyy Wong, especially the picture on picture action. Featuring Wong’s SS15 La Soif de L’Amour – L’Éternité, the collection itself is about the desire of love. Inspired by the fourth painting ‘Love Letter’, from a series of artworks ‘The Progress of Love’, by JH. Fragonard, which shows the meaning of eternity to the couple in the artwork.
Directed by Egill Bjarki Jonsson, I love the juxtaposition of mixing functionality with frivolity. A for instance would be the very relaxed fit of the guy’s white pants paired with a long pastel colored muscle shirt, with high side slits, in a very feminine fabric similar to chiffon. Overall, it is a beautiful film that really evokes the sense of it being a visual love letter.
Enjoy!

For Agent Provocateur’s SS/15 campaign, Naomi Campbell was chosen to play the role of a wanted woman for their ‘Wanted Badly’ collection. Playing the role of a murderous seductress, with her killer looks + bod, Provocateur’s choice of picking Campbell was only natural.
Inspired by David Lynch’s ‘The Lost Highway’ + Brian de Palma’s sexy thriller ‘Body Double’, the collection explores the complex make up of such a woman who is both smart + conniving + innocent + wicked, packaged so beautifully. Of course, photographer Ellen von Enwerth created the perfect narrative of such a woman, shooting Naomi with perfect killer accessories like a shovel + whip, wearing nothing but garters, gloves + Provocateur’s deliciously decadent new collection, always ready for her next kill.
Sarah Shotton, the Creative Director of Agent Provocateur explained to HUNGER, ‘When casting for Spring Summer 2015 we knew that we wanted to work with a powerful all-female team to complement the campaign inspiration. Naomi + Ellen were perfect for this as they both have such strong, individual personalities that work very well together. We chose Ellen as her aesthetic mirrors the sensual, mysterious undertones of the campaign concept impeccably. Naomi is the ultimate Agent Provocateur woman: witty, gorgeous + confident. She is a natural femme fatale, a quality which effortlessly translates in our images.’

Here’s great little fashion film ‘Crush’, with lots of playfulness that makes for great fashion + perfect for making the cold outside go away, if just for a minute. Exploring the boundaries of where active wear + fashion blur, Cassandra Verrity Green‘s pieces are full of color, interesting silhouettes, pattern + surprising accents.
Enjoy!
